Nova Scotia's two great favourites IPA & Rum married in a traditional Boilermaker. The ultimate collaboraiton.
Candid Brewery in Antigonish Nova Scotia makes wonderful beers and when Bryan approached us to do a collaboration we all looked at one another and said "BOILERMAKER" !

In memory of Paul Mellor one of the last Canadian steam engineers on the Great Lakes. A man who loved the sea.

A Bit About our Label
Victoria met Paul aboard the Montrealais back in 2012. He was ever welcoming when I ventured down into his spotless domain. Below is the original "selfie" that we took together that is the basis for the label.
Six years later when I met Gregg who was captain of a tug in Hamilton Harbour, there was Paul, working as his "Chief". The image to the right is Paul heading in for an early morning start-up in the spring of 2018.
